Nature - Camps

As nature explorers we undertake expeditions in the forest of the “Siebengebirge” or along the Rhine and will search for answers considering nature life. The training of important skills for nature explorers will also be on our program: carving wood, building up a hut with trunks and leaves and lighting fire without matches...
In other words, children will have fun to discover, learn, play and be creative with nature.

Special program for IBIS, BIS students or students from other international schools:

  • Mo., 25.06. - Fr., 29.06.: Woodcarving Workshop
  • Mo., 02.07. - Fr., 06.07.: Outdoor Cooking - Delicious meals with and within nature 

For who: To keep a nice group dynamic, the nature camp is from age 5 up to 12 years.

Number of participants:  Minimum: 6 children, Maximum: 15 children

Where / meeting point:
• Königswinter-Oberdollendorf: Lindenstraße 21 (you get a description when registered)
• Königswinter-Niederdollendorf: parking place Niederdollendorf of the ferry Bad Godesberg/Niederdollendorf (you get a description when registered)
• Bonn-Beuel: Gensemerstr. / Arnoldstr., Bonn-Schwarzrheindorf

Language: The camps will be in German but the facilitator speaks English.

Hours: The main program of the camps is from 9h30 to 13h30
However, it is possible to bring your kids before this time (from 8h00) and / or stay longer (till 15h30 with lunch). You have to book this additional for one week!

Prices: (5% reduction for 2 or more children of one familiy)
• The camp (9h30 to 13h30): 135 € (including materials and picknick)
For those who would like to bring their kids earlier or pick them later they then have to pay a surplus:
• From (8h00 to 9h30) 20 € for the whole week
• From (13h30 to 15h30) 55 € for the whole week (including lunch)
